Emily Lee is VP, Business Development, at Impax Asset Management LLC. She has deep roots in the financial industry, having held positions at Trillium Asset Management, LPL Financial, Wellington Management Company, and Putnam Investments before joining Impax in 2019. She earned a bachelor’s degree in history, with a minor in environmental science, from Willamette University. She is a member of Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations and is a registered representative of ALPS Distributors, Inc.

Heather Smith is Lead Sustainability Research Analyst at Impax Asset Management LLC (formerly Pax World Management LLC) as well as Vice President, Sustainable Investing, at Pax World Funds. She researches and evaluates the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of companies for inclusion in the firm’s portfolios. Heather is also a member of the Impax Gender Analytics team, oversees the firm’s proxy voting, and coordinates gender-related shareholder engagements. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Before joining Impax, she worked as a Legislative Aide for the New Hampshire State Senate.
