Lily C. Huber

Lily C. Huber has served as President of UWM since 2025, leading the firm’s vision and growth strategy.

She joined UWM in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, where she led a comprehensive restructuring of the firm’s P&L and balance sheet, resulting in a 63% increase in valuation and preparing the company for leadership transition and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining UWM, Mrs. Huber was Managing Director at a family office, where she played a key role in restructuring and scaling the organization preparing it for a strategic transition.

With over a decade of experience at Fortune 500 companies, she specializes in wealth management for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. She manages key relationships and supports client teams in implementing wealth accumulation strategies, asset protection plans, philanthropic initiatives, and long-term wealth preservation.

Mrs. Huber holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from New York University.

She and her husband share a passion for global travel and a deep appreciation for the performing arts, especially opera.
