Erin Ragsdale serves as Vice President, Wealth Advisor at UWM, where she leads investment management initiatives and constructs strategic and tactical asset allocations for affluent and high-net-worth clients. Recruited in 2025 by President Lily C. Huber, in collaboration with co-founders René Nourse and April Charles, Mrs. Ragsdale joined UWM’s succession team to strengthen the firm’s investment management services. 

Prior to joining UWM, Mrs. Ragsdale was a Vice President, Financial Advisor at JPMorgan, where she managed over $55 million in assets, led a high-performing advisory team, and doubled assets in under two years. Her approach blends tax-efficient strategies with agile methodologies to consistently deliver proactive, client-centered service even amid market volatility. She works closely with a diverse client base, including medical professionals, business owners, and individuals with concentrated equity compensation. She offers specialized solutions for blended families, LGBTQ+ households, special needs trusts, multinational clients, and institutional investors. Her family office lite model supports growing affluent clients seeking values-driven, collaborative wealth management services. Mrs. Ragsdale partners with clients who value proactive advice, commit to regular quarterly reviews, and involve loved ones in meaningful financial conversations. Known for her warmth, collaborative spirit, and dedication, she ensures exceptional service tailored to each client’s financial journey.

Mrs. Ragsdale holds a BA in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin, the Wealth Management Certified Professional® designation, Series 7 and 66 licenses, life and health insurance certification, and is a Certified ScrumMaster®. She is currently pursuing the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® credential.
