Companies that have more women in leadership tend to be more profitable, according to Pax World Investment Management. Research has demonstrated that having women in senior management and on boards of directors tends to lead to more innovation, different risk management models, and less pay discrepancy between genders. Gender diversity is important to both companies and investors. Kelly Coyne, of Pax Ellevate Management, talks about about why investing in women should be part of your investment strategy.
Kelly Coyne is VP of Advisor Sales at Pax Ellevate Management, a joint venture between Pax World Investment Management and Sallie Krawcheck’s firm Ellevate Asset Management.
