Yolanda Dawson, Ed.D., is a First-Time Buyer Specialist (FTBS) with the California Association of Realtors (CAR), working with Keller Williams South Bay. She also maintains a mobile notary business, Royalty Notary & LS, that assists buyers and sellers at the closing table. “Dr. Yolanda” is an author and educator who transitioned from a 15-year career in higher education and student affairs, supporting hundreds of students, faculty, and staff, to follow the heartbeat of real estate. A Southern California native, she holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University.
