Time keeps on ticking, but cognitive decline is not a necessary part of growing older! In our September SWSM webinar, Angie Yeh of Alzheimer’s Los Angeles will join us to discuss ways you can keep your brain healthy as you gain life experience.

Among other things, Angie will discuss ways that normal aging does affect the brain and normal changes that take place as we grow older. She’ll also talk about Alzheimer’s: what it is, what it’s not, and how you can reduce your risk for developing memory problems, dementia, and Alzheimer’s later in life. As with other healthy habits, the earlier you start, the better you’ll feel—and it’s never too late to change gears.

As always, the webinar will be an interactive discussion so bring your questions. We hope you’ll join us live! We will share a recording of the webinar later if you can’t make it. Members of the Smart Women/Savvy Money Club are updated as soon as our webinars are available for viewing and about other events. Join the Club and don't miss a thing!
