Time keeps on ticking, but cognitive decline is not a necessary part of growing older! In this webinar, Angie Yeh of Alzheimer’s Los Angeles joins us to discuss ways you can keep your brain healthy as you gain life experience.

Among other things, she discusses ways that normal aging does affect the brain and normal changes that take place as we grow older. She also talks about Alzheimer’s: what it is, what it’s not, and how you can reduce your risk for developing memory problems, dementia, and Alzheimer’s later in life. As with other healthy habits, the earlier you start, the better you’ll feel—and it’s never too late to change gears.
