Research has found that having women in senior management and on boards of directors tends to lead to more innovation, different risk management models, and less pay discrepancy among genders. For this reason, gender diversity is an important success factor both for companies and for investors. Kelly Coyne is Vice President of Advisor Sales at Pax Ellevate Management, a joint venture between Pax World Investment Management and Sallie Krawcheck’s firm Ellevate Asset Management. Kelly is responsible for national sales and marketing initiatives related to the Pax Ellevate Global Women’s Index Fund, the first fund to invest in companies with gender diverse leadership teams. She also helps financial advisors build their practices and engage and serve the next generation of clients and women clients through Pax World’s practice management initiatives: Millennials & Money and Women & Wealth. Kelly joined Pax World in 2014 as a product specialist, from a background in sales and client service experience in the investments industry. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Rights from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
