Tia Hughes is a Los Angeles native with an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in and around L.A. Tia intially entered the real estate market as an investor, purchasing and managing rental property. Before becoming a realtor, she worked in accounting and asset management, which has given her a unique understanding of the financial traits, risks, and opportunities of different properties. Tia holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and also completed UCSB's Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate. She currently works with Compass, representing both buyers and sellers in single family and investment real estate sales.
