Companies that have more women in leadership tend to be more profitable, according to Kelly Coyne of Pax World Management. Research has demonstrated that having women in senior management and on boards of directors tends to lead to more innovation, different risk management models, and less pay discrepancy between genders. Gender diversity is important to both companies and investors. Join us on Thursday, September 14th, at 1PM PT to hear from Kelly about why investing in women should be part of your investment strategy.

Kelly Coyne is Vice President of Advisor Sales at Pax Ellevate Management, a joint venture between Pax World Investment Management and Sallie Krawcheck’s firm Ellevate Asset Management. Kelly is responsible for national sales and marketing initiatives related to the Pax Ellevate Global Women’s Index Fund, the first fund to invest in companies with gender diverse leadership teams. In addition, she also helps financial advisors build their practices and better engage and serve the next generation of clients and women clients through Pax World’s two practice management initiatives, Millennials & Money and Women & Wealth. Kelly joined Pax World in 2014 as a product specialist, bringing with her several years of sales and client service experience within the mutual fund industry at Eaton Vance Corporation and at ETF strategist, F-Squared Investments. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Rights from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
